Wallace Christian Academy, as a ministry of Poston Baptist Church, exists to assist parents in providing students with an excellent Christian education, in a Godly environment, preparing them to lead successful lives, while portraying to others the image of Jesus.
Purpose
Proverbs 22:6 instructs us to train up our children in the Lord’s ways. WCA exists to assist parents in providing your child with an excellent Christian education, in a Godly environment, preparing them to lead successful lives, while portraying the image of Jesus to others.

Raising Warriors for Christ
Children and young people need an opportunity to receive a great Christian education. This happens in classrooms with a teacher-to-student ratio allowing them to get personal attention in a loving and caring environment. Opportunities to learn God’s Word continue to decrease in our society. Our community has a generation of children who do not know the love and message of Jesus Christ. Children need this message to make moral and values decisions throughout their lives and feel comfortable growing academically.

Big Vision, Bold Faith, Bright Future
God gave Poston Baptist Church a vision in January 2021 to provide a Christian School for our community. Both church members and the local community immediately began to give time, talent, resources, finances, and prayers to bring this vision to reality. Our goal is to grow to a K-12 school that will offer a full educational experience for all grades. We invite you to join our mission in the Wallace community. The next generation in our community is the future of our community. Providing them with a great Christian Education will ensure our community is an attractive place to live and raise our families for many years to come.

Poston Baptist Church serves our local community and beyond to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and lead individuals to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior. Children and young people are a priority focus for PBC ministry outreach. Wallace Christian Academy was established in 2022 with a mission to provide an education preparing students for the future using the daily study of God’s Word which will prepare them to be Warriors for Christ. Poston Baptist offers many ministries to reach the next generation in our community and beyond through school backpacks, Vacation Bible School, festivals for the community, Wednesday night programs, and feeding ministries, Poston Baptist Church views Wallace Christian Academy as a ministry that provides an even greater outreach to the Wallace community. Poston Baptist Church has reached many children this year through outreach ministries and plans to increase these opportunities for children in our community and beyond through the growth and expansion of Wallace Christian Academy.
