Dr. Steve Le Roux
Dr. Steve Le Roux’s career spans the education, administration, and pastoral sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in Practical Theology and has a passion for education, discipleship, and spiritual formation. With over 15 years of teaching and ministry experience, his roles included teacher, lecturer, pastor, church planter, and chaplain. Steve and his wife, Becca, live in Rose Hill, NC. They have a 4-year-old daughter, Lottie, and their newborn son, Price.
Charles "Charlie" Blanchard holds a master’s degree in Education Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a license to teach high school. He dedicated forty-seven years to education from teaching and coaching for eleven years, as an assistant principal for six years and sixteen years as principal. After retirement, Charlie worked with Johns Hopkins University to help low performing high schools on the east coast. He fully retired in 2013 to spend time with his wife, Penny, his children, Charles and Tori, and his five grandchildren. When Pastor Chris Jarman presented to Poston Baptist Church God’s Vision for a Christian School in the Wallace area, Charlie felt God’s call to join Him in His work.
Madison Mobley holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Behavioral Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her teaching career began in Onslow County where she became passionate about literacy and advocating for her students. Madison is also passionate about music ministry and youth ministry. Madison lives in Jacksonville, NC with her husband, Trey.
